The Marriage at Cana by Paolo Veronese- Famous Art - Handmade Oil Painting on Canvas

This is originally a 666 x 990 cm in size painting of the Late-Renaissance Italian Painter Paolo Veronese. The scene was set in a Religious Festivity based in the Christian New Testament Story. Jesus was invited along with his disciples in a wedding celebration at Cana a place in Galilee where he performed miracles which he turned the water into wine. Veronese was also inspired by the renaissance architectural designs during the 15th century where he based his buildings just like in the ancient Greek and Roman style. The columns, pilasters and lintels were orderly arranged as well as the arches, a dome like design from a far. He painted this with extra caution to never go wrong and maintain the proportion & profile of the buildings.
