Mona Lisa Masked holding Mobile - Graffiti Art of Famous Artworks

Salvatore Benintende created this artwork on a wall in Barcelona Spain. It shows the famous artork of Mona Lisa with a face mask on holding a mobile phone with the words “Mobile World Virus” displayed on the phone. This was created just after the big tech companies of the world pulled out of the Mobile World Congress event due to CoronaVirus (covid-19) concerns. This was back in early February. Genevieve Blais recreated these famous artworks to suit our current times during the Covid-19 pandemic. Its a clever artistic impression of how these famous paintings would look if they were faced with the same pandemic of covid-19. In same places around the world masks are mandatory, this artists does an amazing job at recreating these masterpieces with masks on. It made me smile. I’m sure it’ll make you smile too.
